PAYMENTS

All payments are processed via our payment partner RazorPay. We accept Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and Cash On Delivery.

Yes, you can opt to purchase your eyewear through COD. Please do note COD transactions incur a charge of INR 50.

In such cases, the money is typically refunded in 10-12 working days. You can also connect with us with your transaction details so we can expedite the process. Our email id is info@seesaweyewear.in

All refunds are processed instantly. At most, it will take no more than 7 working days once we received the returned item.

All refunds are processed electronically through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you have paid by cash, then our team will get in touch with you to start the refund process.


RETURNS

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the item, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup once a return request is raised.

Easy. Write to us at info@seesaweyewear.in and mention the order details along with the reason for the return or exchange. Do attach pictures where necessary.

No worries. All you have to do is write to us at info@seesaweyewear.in and tell us your order details and do mention the issue in detail. Pictures would be a great help in this case too. We review the request and process either a refund or exchange as applicable.

Nothing overly complicated. Once you email us, we will confirm back and begin the return process. A reverse pick-up will be arranged and the item will be checked in by the quality team. The item must be unworn, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. If it is a manufacturing defect we would begin either a refund or exchange process. The entire process would take not more than 10-15 working days.

Fret not and wait not. Write to us immediately at info@seesaweyewear.in with your order details. We usually process orders as soon as we receive them, so it is imperative you write to us as soon as you can for once the order is dispatched we can no longer edit or cancel it.
